Warranty
We are authorized dealers of all brands that we carry and standard manufacturer's warranty applied to all orders. This means a 1 year warranty on all parts. It's very rare that any parts are needed as our stoves are high quality. There are only 3 items which we regularly get requests for: glass (often broken by accident), ceramic tiles on the Milly stove (always broken by accident), and firebricks and we keep them all in stock. We have served many customers with free parts well outside of the warranty period, asking to pay only for shipping.
Returns
All our shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you see damage at the time of delivery please either note it on the shipping paperwork and let us know which part needs replacing or - if you feel that the stove is damaged beyond repair - refuse the shipment, it will be our responsibility to replace or refund. If you are returning due to damage or defect then return shipping will be our responsibility. If you have simply changed your mind then you will need to organize return shipping yourself & at your expense. The stove has to be in brand new condition in original packaging, never installed or fired up. Please contact us for return authorization.
