All our stoves ship from Piscataway, NJ.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in continental USA is free! This excludes all islands off the US coast and Alaska.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, of course, we try to offer very competitive prices in Canada through our Canadian website.

Do you deliver inside the home?

Unfortunately no. We ship with common carriers to curbside only in most states and in some only to the nearest freight terminal where you will need to pick up (you will see this notice at checkout if your state is one of them). For curbside deliveries the truck will have a liftgate to unload the stove onto your driveway or nearest accessible point if driveway is too steep or not paved, etc.

How long does delivery take?

We normally have all models in stock and ship within 1-2 days from receipt of order. Transit times vary from 1 to 6 days in most cases, and 7-10 days to WA, OR, MT, WY, and other remote areas. If we don't have a model in stock we will leave a message on the website with expected delivery time. You can get on the waiting list for out of stock models simply by emailing us, no pre-payment is needed until the stove actually arrives to USA.

What should i know about the delivery?

The carrier normally calls prior to delivery. Someone will need to be home to inspect the stove and sign for it. If you notice major damage you can refuse shipment. Please do not take any time off work or otherwise change your plans until the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment!

Is delivery insured against loss and damage?

Yes, all our shipments are insured against both. If your stove arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage, note it on the BOL, and contact us ASAP. If the damage is minor we will simply ship the damaged parts to you via UPS. If the damage is more serious you can refuse delivery and we will provide refund or replacement.
